Teatro Restaurant and Willow Park Wines & Spirits are excited to partner on our next installation of Teatro at Home; Bordeaux Night Out! Join Corporate Executive Chef Matthew Batey as he walks you through cooking the main dish of this beautiful 4 course menu, inspired by the cuisine of the region of Bordeaux. Following this, Willow Park's Fine Wine Director Peter Smolarz and Teatro's Sommelier Taylor Simpson will discuss the tasting notes and pairings of two beautiful wines; the 2019 G de Château Guiraud - a crisp and delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, and the 2015 Château Angludet - a red from the sub region of Margaux that combines elegance and sheer power.

This dinner is sure to make you feel like you’re dining on the banks of the Garonne. Cooking instructions and a video link will be provided.
